Software for independent gun shops
Your POS is from 2008.
Your website is a Facebook page.
Your inventory lives in a spreadsheet.
This needs to stop.
ArmoryFlow runs your storefront, inventory, distributor ordering, POS, marketing, and analytics from one login. Built because independent shops shouldn't need five vendors to run a register.
No credit card required · 14-day free trial · Cancel anytime

Built for independent FFLs
How it works
From empty shop to selling in four steps.
No five-vendor stack. No fax. No spreadsheet that lies to you on Saturday.
- 01
Connect your distributors
Drop in your RSR, Davidson's, Lipsey's, Chattanooga, Sports South, Kinsey's, or MGE credentials. We pull live cost and stock into one catalog, not seven browser tabs.
- 02
Your inventory stays current
Catalog syncs on a schedule. When a SKU goes out at the warehouse, your storefront quantity updates. When you sell one at the counter, the listing comes down.
- 03
Launch a real storefront
Pick a template, point your domain, turn on checkout. Customers filter by caliber and brand, see real in-stock counts, and pay online, without you hiring a web developer.
- 04
Sell at the counter and online
Same inventory for POS and the website. Returns, trade-ins, layaways, and FFL transfers are built in. One login for the whole shop.
See the product
This is what your shop looks like on ArmoryFlow.
Real screens from live dealers and the dealer dashboard. Not mockups. Not stock photos.

Customer-facing storefront
A real website that sells guns, not a Facebook page with a phone number.
Dealers like Purple Mountain Armory run tens of thousands of SKUs with live filters, in-stock badges, MAP-safe pricing, and full checkout. Your brand, your domain, your inventory.
- Faceted search that never lands customers on zero results
- In-store vs ship-from-distributor availability in plain English
- Per-brand MAP rules so Sig and Glock stay happy
- Embed the same catalog on a site you already own

Distributor catalog
One search across every warehouse you buy from.
Type a UPC or model. See live cost, quantity, and the cheapest in-stock source across RSR, Davidson's, Lipsey's, and the rest. Build the PO from the same screen.
- Best cost and your retail price side by side
- Multi-source SKUs sorted by who can actually ship today
- Include or exclude products from the storefront in bulk
- No more quoting last February's PDF

Inventory
List a firearm in under a minute. The AI writes the hard parts.
Type "Sig P365 X-Macro 9mm" or snap a photo. Specs, marketing copy, and SEO meta get drafted for you. Your own guns and distributor products sit in one searchable list.
- AI listing agent for new and used firearms
- Photo companion for phone-side listing
- Serials, condition, and storefront publish in one flow
- Drafts that tell you what still needs photos

Point of sale
A register that knows you sell firearms, not coffee.
Barcode scan, FFL transfer fees, NICS, trade-ins, layaways, returns, and keyboard shortcuts for a busy Saturday. Same inventory as the website.
- Firearms tagged and tracked separately from accessories
- Built-in transfer, NICS, range, and gunsmith fee buttons
- Hold, resume, discount, drawer, and PPT without leaving the register
- Counter sale updates the storefront before the customer walks out

Analytics
Know what is aging on the shelf before it eats your cash.
Revenue, category mix, inventory aging, and storefront engagement in one dashboard. Customize the widgets. Spot the guns that have been sitting for 90 days.
- Inventory aging by dollar value and days on hand
- Sales by category so you reorder what actually moves
- Storefront views and clicks without a second analytics tool
- Reports your accountant can actually use
Live on ArmoryFlow
These are real dealer websites, not demos.
Same platform, different brands. Click through and shop like a customer would.
Why dealers switch
What changes for your shop on day one.
Not features for a demo deck. Outcomes you feel when the phone rings and someone asks if the P365 is still there.
Get hours back every week
Stop retyping addresses, hunting PDFs, and calling three warehouses to find one SKU. Search once. Order once. Move on.
Protect margin without breaking MAP
Per-brand MAP display rules let you compete without publicly advertising below MAP. Overrides are logged. Manufacturers stay happy.
Answer "do you have it?" in seconds
Live stock across your shelves and every connected distributor. Your counter staff stops walking the rack to guess.
One inventory, every channel
Counter sale, online order, marketplace inquiry. Same catalog. Sell a gun in store and the storefront listing comes down before the customer leaves.
Less phone tag with distributors
Live cost and quantity in one screen. Build a PO and submit it without the Saturday afternoon phone marathon.
Built for FFL workflows
Transfers, NICS fees, serials, layaways, trade-ins, and a POS that knows a firearm is not a t-shirt. Generic retail software never got this right.
Things you've probably given up trying to fix
If any of this sounds like your shop, you're not alone.
Your POS makes you retype a customer's address even though they've been buying from you for six years.
Your distributor catalog is a PDF someone emailed you in February. You’re still quoting prices off it in May.
Customers ask if a gun is in stock and you walk back to the rack to check. Half the time, by the time you get there, the answer’s changed.
You quoted the same gun three different prices in the same week because the cost from your distributor changed and nobody updated the spreadsheet.
Your website is a Facebook page with a phone number on it. The last post is from a gun show three months ago.
Half a Saturday goes to the phone with distributor reps. You know every one of them by voice but not by name.
Your inventory spreadsheet has columns nobody remembers adding, three different conventions for caliber, and at least one duplicate Glock 19.
The last UI update from your POS vendor was during the Obama administration. The support line is a voicemail.
Every one of these came out of an actual conversation at a counter. We didn't make any of it up.
Stop paying for 5 tools that don't talk to each other
ArmoryFlow does all of it, in one place.
What you're paying for now
~$200+/mo, plus the headaches
What you get with ArmoryFlow
Starts at $49/mo. One bill.
What's included
The four parts of the platform.
Storefront
Ten templates, hosted checkout with card and wallet payments, and a custom domain on Scale. The filter sidebar rewrites itself as customers click, so nobody lands on a zero-results page. Per-brand MAP rules let you sell below MAP without ever publicly showing a sub-MAP price, so Sig and Glock stay happy.
Learn more →Inventory
Type 'Sig P365 X-Macro 9mm' or snap a photo. The AI extracts the specs, writes the marketing copy, and generates the SEO meta. Your firearms and 60,000+ products across every distributor you've connected sit in the same searchable list.
Learn more →Supply Chain
Direct integrations with RSR, Davidson's, Lipsey's, Chattanooga, Sports South, Kinsey's, and MGE Wholesale. One search box covers all of them. Type a UPC and you see live cost, in-stock count, and the cheapest source across every distributor account you've connected. POs go out from the same screen. The fax stays in the closet.
Learn more →Marketing
Build email campaigns in our editor (AI helps with the copy), export to Mailchimp, send. Embeds and lead capture come with it.
Learn more →Why this isn't more of the same
Built this decade, not last decade.
Modern stack
Built on Next.js, Vercel, and Supabase. The same infrastructure used by Fortune 500 product teams, not a Visual Basic codebase from 2003.
Your data stays yours
Daily backups, encryption at rest and in transit, and a one-click full catalog export. We never sell or share customer information.
We never touch a card number
Payments run through Payroc, which is PCI Level 1. Card data lives at the processor, not on our servers. That's how it should be.
ArmoryFlow POS
A point-of-sale built for FFLs, not a Square plugin with a 4473 form bolted on. FastBound for compliance, Payroc for payments, and one inventory across your storefront and the counter.
- ·Fast checkout, returns, trade-ins, layaways, and gift cards
- ·Gunsmith work orders and inter-store transfers
- ·Range lanes, membership plans, and dues tracking (Range in beta)

From the founder
I'm not a venture-backed Silicon Valley founder. I owned an IT company, spent years building products and fixing the systems small businesses get stuck with, and got tired of watching independent shops pay $200 a month to stitch five half-broken tools together while the chains had real software. So I sat down and wrote ArmoryFlow with that background in mind.
