Single-store FFL
One counter. One website. One login.
You are the buyer, the cashier, and the person who answers the phone. ArmoryFlow is the shop software that keeps those three jobs on the same inventory, so Saturday is selling instead of reconciling.
One plan, $199 a month. 14-day trial. No card to start.
What you get
Retire the separate POS, website, and email tool for one $199 bill. One inventory the counter and the website both read.
See your shop on a real template- Purple Mountain Armory runs its storefront, classes, and full distributor catalog on ArmoryFlow: purplemtnarmory.com.
- Live cost and stock from RSR, Davidson's, Lipsey's, Chattanooga, Sports South, Kinsey's, MGE, and Zanders.
- A counter sale on the POS updates the website before the customer walks out.
What the day looks like
This is the shop you are trying to run.
- 01
A customer asks if the P365 is still in the case. You already know, because the website and the register read the same count.
- 02
An online order came in overnight. The distributor purchase order is ready from the same screen, not from a PDF someone emailed in February.
- 03
You close the drawer and the listing comes down before that customer walks out and finds it still for sale online.
The problems, and what we do about them
Every one of these is a sale you are currently losing.
Not a feature list. The work your shop already does, and where it gets done in ArmoryFlow.
The website, the register, and the distributor each have their own idea of what is in stock.
One catalog. A counter sale updates the storefront. A distributor quantity is the quantity the shopper sees, not last week's spreadsheet.
You quoted the same gun three prices because cost moved and nobody updated the sheet.
Retail is calculated from the live distributor cost, with your markup and the manufacturer's MAP floor. A displayed price does not drop below MAP.
Listing a used gun takes longer than selling it.
The Listing Assistant sits beside the form. Describe it, photograph it, or scan the barcode. Type, subcategory, and specs fill from the catalog, and you edit anything marked Auto.
The website looks like a Facebook page with a phone number.
Ten templates, or describe the shop and the Design Assistant drafts the homepage. You preview it and accept before anything goes public. Colors, fonts, and wording are yours after that.
Transfer, NICS, and gunsmith fees get sales tax they should not.
The POS, an optional add-on, rings FFL transfer, NICS, engraving, fingerprinting, classes, and gunsmithing as non-taxable services.
You cannot tell whether anyone actually found the shop online.
Storefront traffic records where a visit started, including Google and Facebook, and where people drop off before checkout. It still counts when a visitor declines cookies.
Questions we hear from this kind of shop
Do I need a separate website vendor and a separate point of sale?
No. The website, inventory, distributor ordering, and marketing are the one plan at $199 a month. The register is an optional add-on at $99 a month per location during beta.
Will my customers see a half-finished site while I set it up?
No. Nothing goes public until you publish. A Design Assistant draft stays private until you accept it.
Can I keep selling the guns I already own, not only distributor inventory?
Yes. Your own firearms and the distributor catalog sit in one searchable list, and a serial stays on the record.
