Home-based FFL
Look like a real shop. Work from home.
You do not have a showroom floor or a web developer on retainer. You do have an FFL, a phone, and customers who will buy if the shop looks like it will still be here next month. ArmoryFlow is built for that.
One plan, $199 a month. 14-day trial. No card to start.
What you get
Sell from your distributors' catalogs without stocking them, behind a site that looks like a shop with a showroom.
See your shop on a real template- All Geared Up FFL lists more than 40,000 products on ArmoryFlow without a warehouse: allgearedupffl.com.
- List a gun from your phone: one sentence to the Listing Assistant fills the form.
- Hold requests catch the shopper who wants to talk first, while you are at your day job.
What the day looks like
This is the shop you are trying to run.
- 01
Between appointments you photograph a consignment gun. The listing drafts itself. You fix two fields and it is ready.
- 02
A shopper asks you to hold an in-stock item. The request lands in your leads with the stock number, and you call them back when you can.
- 03
The homepage looks like a shop with your name on the door, not a template you were embarrassed to send.
The problems, and what we do about them
Every one of these is a sale you are currently losing.
Not a feature list. The work your shop already does, and where it gets done in ArmoryFlow.
A home-based FFL website that looks unfinished loses the sale before the first call.
Describe the shop in a few sentences. The Design Assistant drafts the homepage from your real inventory and services. You accept it, then change colors, fonts, and wording yourself.
You cannot sit at a desk all day waiting to list guns.
The photo companion and the Listing Assistant work from your phone. Scan a barcode or send a photo. The form fills from the catalog.
People want to buy when you are at your day job.
The storefront takes the order, or a hold request when you would rather talk first. Hold requests are leads, not inventory reservations, so a request never sells a gun twice.
You cannot stock everything a customer might ask for.
Connect your distributor accounts. Their live cost and quantity sit next to your own guns, and you order from the same screen.
Software priced per listing punishes a small shop.
One plan at $199 a month. Unlimited listings. No per-item fee, no setup fee, no contract. 14-day trial, no card.
You do not want the site public until the logo and the hours are right.
Nothing goes public until you publish. Leave the address blank and the directions link stays hidden instead of pointing at a placeholder.
Questions we hear from this kind of shop
Do I need a commercial storefront to use ArmoryFlow?
No. Home-based FFLs use the same plan as a retail shop: website, inventory, distributor ordering, and marketing. The POS add-on is there if you later want a register.
Can shoppers reach me if I am not sitting at the computer?
Yes. Hold requests and the contact links on a product go to you, and you can hide the phone and email line if you would rather they use the form.
What does it cost?
The plan is $199 a month, or $1,989 a year. The POS add-on is separate, at $99 a month per location during beta.
