Website-only and dropship
Sell the warehouse. Skip the back room.
Your edge is the website and the transfer, not a wall of inventory. ArmoryFlow puts your distributor accounts on a storefront with your name, your prices, and a checkout that does not promise a unit the warehouse no longer has.
One plan, $199 a month. 14-day trial. No card to start.
What you get
Every distributor in one catalog, MAP-safe prices, and orders that route to the distributor that can ship today.
See your shop on a real template- Purple Mountain Armory lists more than 70,000 products from its distributor accounts: purplemtnarmory.com.
- Live cost and stock from RSR, Davidson's, Lipsey's, Chattanooga, Sports South, Kinsey's, MGE, and Zanders, refreshed by sync, never a nightly spreadsheet.
- Prices never display below the manufacturer's MAP floor on a brand set to show at MAP.
What the day looks like
This is the shop you are trying to run.
- 01
A shopper filters to in-stock optics at 11pm and checks out on your domain.
- 02
The purchase order goes to the distributor that can actually ship it. You see cost, quantity, and the cheapest source before you send it.
- 03
When the distributor ships, the tracking number lands on the customer's order. You did not retype it from an email.
The problems, and what we do about them
Every one of these is a sale you are currently losing.
Not a feature list. The work your shop already does, and where it gets done in ArmoryFlow.
A product page that says "in stock" when the distributor is at zero is how you lose a customer.
Turn on Hide out-of-stock. Zero-quantity items leave the shop, the search, and the homepage. A direct link still opens, so a customer with the URL is not stranded.
Advertising below MAP gets you a call from the manufacturer.
The price the shopper sees respects MAP. Your cost stays your cost. The two are not the same number, and the site does not confuse them.
Ordering means six browser tabs and a Saturday on the phone.
RSR, Davidson's, Lipsey's, Chattanooga, Sports South, Kinsey's, MGE, and Zanders in one search. Build the purchase order there. Distributor minimums and freight sit on the same screen, and short orders can wait to be combined.
The customer asks where the package is and you are reading a distributor portal.
For drop-ship and ship-to-their-FFL orders, tracking is copied onto the storefront order once every live direct shipment has a number. Warehouse freight stays on your inbound card, not in the customer's email.
A guest buyer cannot make an account afterward and gives up.
Checkout as a guest, then Create Account with the same email. The shop emails a set-your-password link, and the earlier order is already on the account.
The site looks like the distributor's catalog with your logo pasted on.
Your template, your domain, your homepage. The Design Assistant drafts it from your shop, not from a generic gun-store layout you cannot change.
Questions we hear from this kind of shop
Do I have to stock inventory to sell online?
No. You can sell from connected distributor accounts, from guns you own, or from both. Hide out-of-stock keeps a zero-quantity distributor item off the shop.
Who does the customer pay?
You. Checkout runs on your storefront through your payment processor. The distributor invoice is your cost, separate from the price the shopper paid.
Is dropship the same plan as a retail shop?
Yes. One plan at $199 a month covers the storefront, the distributor catalog, and ordering. Add the POS later if you open a counter.
