Platform · Distributors

One search box. Every distributor you carry.

ArmoryFlow connects to RSR, Davidson's, Lipsey's, Chattanooga, Sports South, Kinsey's, and MGE Wholesale. Type a UPC or model once and you get live cost, in-stock count, and the cheapest source across every distributor you use. POs go out from the same screen. New distributors come online every couple of weeks, usually because a dealer asked for one.

ArmoryFlow distributor integrations with RSR, Davidson's, Lipseys, and more

Search every distributor in one query

The way it should have worked all along. One search box, every distributor account you've connected, results sorted by lowest cost with the source labeled on every row. Pick Glock from the brand facet and the caliber list rewrites itself to only what Glock makes that's in stock somewhere right now. No more six browser tabs. No more pasting a UPC into five distributor portals to find out who has it cheapest.

Catalog with live availability and per-account cost

Your wholesale price. Not the rack rate.

Catalogs refresh on a schedule and we re-check stock on the way to checkout. You won't quote a price for something that sold an hour ago. Cost and quantity come back per account: RSR Stocking versus Fulfillment, Davidson's per dealer number, Chattanooga's custom pricing tier. What you see is what you actually pay, with your dealer number, not whatever shows on a generic feed.

Purchase order management with status tracking

Purchase orders

Submit a PO without leaving ArmoryFlow. Lipsey's, Davidson's, and MGE Wholesale are wired all the way through: build the cart, hit submit, the order shows up on the distributor's side. RSR, Chattanooga, Sports South, and Kinsey's handle catalog browse and manual order entry today. Automated submission for the rest is on the rollout schedule. Want a distributor that isn't on the list? Email us. That's how most of these started.

MAP rules that respect the contract

MAP is an advertising rule. You can sell below it, you just can't publicly post a price below it. Every other piece of FFL software either ignores MAP or clamps you to it forever. ArmoryFlow lets you set the rule per brand: show the price at MAP, hide it as "See price in cart," or flip the whole brand to "Call for price." The last two unlock real below-MAP pricing at checkout without ever showing it on the storefront. We log every change with timestamp and user, so when a Sig rep asks why your Cross was priced at $1,950, you have a record.

Per-brand MAP display policy with show, cart-only, and call-for-price modes
Margin watch alerts when a distributor cost change cuts into a listed firearm's margin

Margin watch

Distributor costs move. A gun you listed at 18% margin last Tuesday can be a 4% margin order by Friday because the cost went up overnight. ArmoryFlow flags it on the dashboard before you ship, so you can re-quote or pull the listing. Catching margin slip after the box leaves your shop is the expensive version.

Distributor integrations with shipment and sync status

Shipment receiving

When the box hits the shop, confirm what came in and ArmoryFlow moves those serials into active inventory. Nothing gets retyped, nothing sits in a "to be received" pile for two weeks because the person who logged the PO is off this week.

Tell us which distributor you use and we'll add it.

Most of the integrations on this page started as a single dealer email. Send us the distributor name and your dealer number, and we'll get it on the queue. New distributors usually go live within a couple of weeks of the request.
