AI that does the busywork

Four assistants on staff. You approve everything they do.

Type what you want the way you would tell a new hire. The assistants draft the website, the listings, and the pages customers shop. You look it over and decide.

Design AssistantBeta

Builds your website.

You say
“Make the headline ‘Your local gun shop, now open online’ and use a deep navy accent.”
You get
A draft of your homepage you can open, look over, and accept, or throw away.
  • Drafts the homepage plus About, Services, and Contact from a few questions about your shop
  • Change colors, wording, menu links, and section order by asking in plain English
  • Tells you what it assumed when your request could mean two things
  • Will not invent a customer review, a credential, or a shipping promise you did not give it
A Design Assistant draft of a dealer homepage with the headline Your local gun shop, now open online, shown in preview with the note Nothing is live until you put it on your website
One request in, a homepage draft out. Nothing is live until you accept it.
Listing Assistant

Lists a gun from one sentence.

You say
“Used S&W M&P9 Shield Plus, 9mm, 3.1 inch barrel, two 13 round mags, light holster wear, $449.”
You get
Manufacturer, model, caliber, category, type, condition, description, and SEO fields filled in.
  • Describe it, send a photo, or scan the barcode
  • Checks your distributor catalog first, so a known UPC gets the real spec sheet
  • Every field it filled carries an Auto badge until you edit it
  • Works at the counter too: the POS fills a trade-in from a description or a photo
The Listing Assistant beside the Add to Inventory form: one sentence about a used Smith and Wesson filled 19 fields, each marked Auto
One sentence filled 19 fields. You check them, price it, and publish.
Smart Collections

Builds the pages customers shop.

You say
“Home defense handguns under $600 that are in stock.”
You get
A collection page on your storefront that adds and drops guns as your stock changes.
  • Turns your words into the same filters your shop sidebar uses, and shows the matches first
  • Suggest ideas proposes collections from what you actually carry
  • Nothing reaches the storefront until you approve it
  • Put a collection on the homepage by asking the Design Assistant
Smart Collections: the request Home defense handguns under $600 that are in stock matched 482 products, with the equivalent shop filters shown
Plain English in, 482 matching products out, before anything is saved.
Catalog Assistant

Keeps a 50,000-item catalog clean.

You say
“Hide all out-of-stock items” or “show Henry rifles even when they are out of stock.”
You get
Proposed changes you approve or reject one by one, or all at once.
  • Scans for out-of-stock clutter, categories that do not fit your shop, and price drift
  • Flags gaps in categories you already sell and brands worth carrying
  • Drafts visibility rules from a chat, then waits for your approval
  • Nothing changes until you click Approve

Also written for you

  • SEO written for you

Category pages and product listings get titles and descriptions written for search. You review and save.

  • Email first drafts

Draft with AI writes the subject and body of a campaign from what you are promoting. You edit and send.

  • Pages and blog posts

Write with AI Help drafts an About page, a services page, or a blog post from a short prompt.

  • A plain-English recap

The AI recap on Insights reads your sales, stock, and storefront searches and says what needs attention.

Built for a gun shop, not a coffee shop

  • You approve every change. Assistants propose; nothing goes live on its own.
  • Prices come from your markup and MAP rules, not from the AI.
  • It will not make up reviews, licenses, or shipping and NFA timing promises.
  • Change your mind later: restore the previous design or undo a change.

And a person when you want one

If your homepage still is not right, the ArmoryFlow team builds homepage ideas for your shop and sends them to you. Look them over and apply the one you like with one click.

All of it is in the one plan, $199 a month, and in the 14-day trial.

Questions dealers ask

What the AI will and will not do.

Does the AI change my website or catalog on its own?
No. Every assistant shows you a draft or a list of proposed changes first. The website changes when you click Accept; the catalog changes when you click Approve.
Is the AI included in the $199 plan?
Yes. The Design Assistant, Listing Assistant, Smart Collections, Catalog Assistant, AI SEO, email drafts, and the Insights recap are all part of the plan, including during the 14-day trial.
Can it set my prices?
No. Prices come from your markup, rounding, and MAP settings. The storefront never shows a price below the manufacturer’s minimum on a brand set to show at MAP.
What if the Design Assistant gets it wrong?
Ask for changes in plain English, throw the draft away, or restore the previous design after you accept. The Design Assistant is in beta, and the ArmoryFlow team can also send homepage ideas you apply with one click.
Will it invent things about my shop?
It is built not to. It will not write customer reviews you did not supply, claim a license or credential you did not mention, or promise shipping times or same-day NFA transfers.

Let it draft your site this afternoon.

Start the trial, answer a few questions, and look at the homepage it drafts. Keep it, change it, or throw it away. No card to start.
