Multi-store FFL

Every store. One catalog. One login.

A second location should not mean a second set of software. ArmoryFlow keeps every shop on one account: its own stock, its own register, and a website that stops selling a gun the other store just sold.

One plan, $199 a month. POS is $99 a month per location during beta.

What you get

One catalog across every location, transfers between stores, and one bill. POS is $99 a month per location during beta.

  • Unlimited store locations on the one plan.
  • Inter-store transfers and gunsmith work orders on the POS add-on.
  • One login for the owner; staff roles for managers and counter staff.

What the day looks like

This is the shop you are trying to run.

  1. 01

Store two sells the last rifle in the chain. The listing comes down, so store one's website is not still taking orders for it.

  2. 02

You move a firearm to the other shop as a transfer with a record, not a text message and a hope.

  3. 03

Monday's report is per location. You can see what is aging in each case without exporting three spreadsheets and adding them up by hand.

The problems, and what we do about them

Every one of these is a sale you are currently losing.

Not a feature list. The work your shop already does, and where it gets done in ArmoryFlow.

Each store has its own login, its own website vendor, and its own idea of the price.

Unlimited locations are on the plan. One login. The same markup and MAP rules, so a shopper does not see two prices for one UPC because two managers updated two sheets.

The register at store two does not know what the website just sold.

The POS add-on is per location, $99 a month during beta, on the same catalog as that location's storefront. A counter sale updates the site.

Moving a gun between stores loses the serial in someone's notebook.

Inter-store transfers and the serial stay on the record. A serial is retired when it leaves, not deleted.

You cannot tell which location is actually making money.

Sales, inventory aging, and storefront traffic are reported for the store you are looking at, inside one account. Export when the accountant asks.

Each new location means another web project.

Each location can have its own storefront: template, domain, and homepage. The Design Assistant drafts one. You are not hiring a developer per store.

Buying for four stores means four phone calls to the same distributor.

Distributor search, purchase orders, and order minimums are in the same place as the catalog. Combine short orders instead of paying a small-order fee four times.

Questions we hear from this kind of shop

Is there a per-location platform fee?

The plan is $199 a month for the account, with unlimited locations. The POS add-on is $99 a month for the primary location during beta, and half that for each additional location.

Can each store have its own website?

Yes. Each location has its own storefront, domain, and inventory, under one login. Connect the distributors that location buys from.

What happens to shops already on an older plan?

They stay on it until they choose to change. New shops start on this plan.
