1. Your Transaction

1.1 Who You Are Buying From

All products listed on this storefront are offered for sale by the Dealer identified in the storefront branding and footer. The Dealer is:

• The seller and merchant of record for all transactions
• Responsible for fulfilling your order
• Responsible for the accuracy of product listings, descriptions, and pricing
• Your point of contact for all order inquiries, returns, refunds, and complaints

1.2 Role of ArmoryFlow

ArmoryFlow (operated by Circle Square Inc.) provides the technology platform that powers this storefront. ArmoryFlow:

• Does not sell, offer to sell, or transfer any products
• Is not a party to any transaction between you and the Dealer
• Does not guarantee the accuracy of product listings, pricing, or availability
• Does not process refunds, returns, or handle customer service for your order
• Does not conduct background checks or verify buyer eligibility
• Has no liability for any product sold through this storefront

2. Firearms Purchase Requirements

2.1 FFL Transfer Required

All firearms purchased through this storefront must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer. You will be required to select an FFL dealer during checkout. The receiving FFL will:

• Conduct all required background checks before releasing the firearm to you
• Complete ATF Form 4473 and any state-required documentation
• Comply with all applicable waiting periods
• Verify your identity and eligibility to purchase
• May charge a separate transfer fee

2.2 Eligibility

By placing an order for any firearm or regulated product, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (21 for handguns and certain other items)
• You are not prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms under federal or state law
• You are purchasing the firearm for yourself and not as a straw purchase for another person
• You can legally possess the specific item you are ordering in both your state of residence and the state where you will take delivery

2.3 Order Not Guaranteed Until Transfer

Placing an order and completing payment does not guarantee you will receive the firearm. Your order may be cancelled or refunded if:

• You fail the required background check
• The product is unavailable from the distributor
• The product cannot legally be shipped to or transferred in your state
• Any other legal or regulatory issue prevents completion of the transaction

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices displayed are set by the Dealer. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. While the Dealer makes reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, errors may occur. The Dealer reserves the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

3.2 Payment Processing

Your payment is processed through the Dealer's Authorize.net merchant account. Your credit card information is tokenized using Authorize.net's Accept.js technology and is never stored by ArmoryFlow. Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from the Dealer (not ArmoryFlow).

3.3 Additional Fees

Your order total may include:

• Shipping fee: A flat shipping rate set by the Dealer
• Transfer fee: The Dealer's FFL transfer fee
• Tax: Applicable sales tax as configured by the Dealer based on their tax obligations

Your receiving FFL may charge an additional transfer fee at the time of pickup. This fee is between you and the receiving FFL and is not included in your order total.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• All firearms are shipped by the Dealer (or the Dealer's distributor) to the FFL dealer you selected at checkout
• Shipping times vary and are not guaranteed by ArmoryFlow
• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. The Dealer may provide additional shipping updates.
• It is your responsibility to coordinate with your receiving FFL to pick up your firearm once it arrives
• Some products may require ground shipping only, adult signature, or other special handling

5. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and disputes are handled directly by the Dealer. Contact the Dealer using the contact information displayed on this storefront. ArmoryFlow does not process refunds and is not responsible for the Dealer's return policy.

If you have a payment dispute, contact the Dealer first. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the Dealer, you may contact your credit card issuer.

6. Product Information Disclaimer

Product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability information displayed on this storefront are sourced from third-party distributors and are provided for informational purposes. While reasonable efforts are made to display accurate information:

• Product images may not exactly represent the actual product
• Specifications may contain errors or be incomplete
• Availability is subject to change; an item shown as "in stock" may have sold since the information was last updated
• Prices are subject to change without notice

7. State and Local Law Compliance

ARMORYFLOW AND CIRCLE SQUARE INC. PROVIDE THE TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM THAT POWERS THIS STOREFRONT AND ARE NOT A PARTY TO ANY TRANSACTION. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARMORYFLOW AND CIRCLE SQUARE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THIS STOREFRONT
• ANY INACCURACY IN PRODUCT LISTINGS, DESCRIPTIONS, PRICING, OR AVAILABILITY
• ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND THE DEALER
• ANY FAILURE OR DELAY IN SHIPPING OR DELIVERY
• ANY ISSUE WITH THE FFL TRANSFER PROCESS, INCLUDING BACKGROUND CHECK DENIALS
• ANY TAX CALCULATION ERRORS

Your sole remedy for any issue with a purchase is with the Dealer directly.

9. Privacy

When you place an order through this storefront, your personal information (name, email, phone, billing address, and shipping FFL details) is:

• Shared with the Dealer for order fulfillment
• Used by ArmoryFlow to process your order on the Dealer's behalf in accordance with the ArmoryFlow Privacy Policy
• Processed through Authorize.net for payment (credit card data is tokenized and never stored by ArmoryFlow)

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any dispute between you and ArmoryFlow/Circle Square Inc. (as opposed to the Dealer) shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions in the ArmoryFlow Terms of Service. Disputes between you and the Dealer are governed by the Dealer's own terms and policies.
