Storefront Purchase Terms

Last Updated: July 26, 2026

When you make a purchase through this storefront, you are purchasing directly from the Federal Firearms License dealer identified on the storefront (the "Dealer"), not from ArmoryFlow or Circle Square Inc. This storefront is powered by ArmoryFlow technology, and ArmoryFlow is the technology provider only and is not a party to your transaction.

These purchase terms should be read together with the dealer's posted policies and ArmoryFlow's Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Payment Processing Addendum where applicable.

1. Your transaction

1.1 Who you are buying from

The Dealer is the seller and merchant of record and is responsible for:

  • Fulfilling your order.
  • Accuracy of listings, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Your inquiries, returns, refunds, and complaints.

1.2 Role of ArmoryFlow

ArmoryFlow provides the technology platform. ArmoryFlow does not:

  • Sell or transfer products.
  • Act as a party to your transaction with the Dealer.
  • Guarantee listing, pricing, or availability accuracy.
  • Handle the Dealer's customer service or returns as merchant.
  • Conduct background checks or verify your eligibility as the transferring dealer.
  • Have liability for products sold by the Dealer through this storefront.

2. Firearms purchase requirements

2.1 FFL transfer required

Firearms purchased through this storefront must be shipped to an FFL for transfer, unless the Dealer's lawful local-pickup process applies. During checkout you may be required to select a receiving FFL. The receiving FFL will conduct required background checks, complete ATF Form 4473 and any state forms, apply waiting periods, verify identity and eligibility, and may charge a separate transfer fee.

2.2 Eligibility

By ordering a firearm or regulated product, you represent that:

  • You meet applicable age requirements, including 18 or 21 rules as applicable.
  • You are not prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms under federal or state law.
  • You are not engaging in a straw purchase.
  • You may legally possess the item in your state of residence and the state of delivery or transfer.

2.3 Order not guaranteed until lawful transfer

Payment does not guarantee you will receive a firearm. The order may be cancelled or refunded if you fail a background check, the product is unavailable, the product cannot legally be shipped or transferred, or another legal or regulatory issue prevents completion.

3. Pricing and payment

3.1 Pricing

Prices are set by the Dealer and may change. The Dealer may cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

3.2 Payment processing

Your payment is processed on the Dealer's merchant account with the Dealer's payment processor, which may include Authorize.net, Payroc, EMG by Deluxe, or another processor the Dealer has connected. Card data is handled through tokenization or hosted fields and is not stored by ArmoryFlow as raw card numbers. Your statement should reflect the Dealer or the Dealer's processor descriptor, not ArmoryFlow as seller.

3.3 Fees and tax

Your total may include shipping and applicable sales tax as configured by the Dealer. Receiving FFLs may charge additional transfer fees at pickup that are not included in the online total. Tax amounts are determined by the Dealer's settings, and ArmoryFlow is not the taxpayer or tax advisor.

4. Shipping and delivery

Firearms are shipped by the Dealer or the Dealer's distributor to the FFL you selected, or made available for lawful local pickup. Shipping times are not guaranteed by ArmoryFlow. You must coordinate pickup with the receiving FFL. Special handling rules may apply.

5. Returns, refunds, and disputes

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and disputes are handled by the Dealer under the Dealer's policies. Contact the Dealer using storefront contact information. ArmoryFlow does not process merchant refunds as the seller.

For unresolved payment disputes, you may also contact your card issuer.

6. Product information disclaimer

Descriptions, specs, images, and availability may come from third-party distributors and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Images may differ from the actual item. The Dealer is responsible for listing accuracy. Contact the Dealer before purchase if you have questions.

7. State and local law compliance

Availability is subject to federal, state, and local law. Automated restriction checks may not cover all laws. You are responsible for ensuring you may legally purchase and possess any product you order. If unsure, consult a qualified attorney or local law enforcement before ordering.

8. Limitation of liability

ARMORYFLOW AND CIRCLE SQUARE INC. PROVIDE TECHNOLOGY ONLY AND ARE NOT A PARTY TO YOUR TRANSACTION. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM PRODUCTS PURCHASED, LISTING, PRICING, OR AVAILABILITY ERRORS, DISPUTES WITH THE DEALER, SHIPPING DELAYS, FFL TRANSFER ISSUES INCLUDING BACKGROUND-CHECK DENIALS, OR TAX CALCULATION ERRORS.

Your sole remedy for purchase issues is with the Dealer, except for non-waivable rights under applicable law.

9. Privacy

Order information, including your name, email, phone, addresses, and FFL details, is shared with the Dealer for fulfillment, used by ArmoryFlow to operate checkout for the Dealer under the ArmoryFlow Privacy Policy, and processed by the Dealer's payment processor. See also the Dealer's privacy policy on the storefront.

10. Governing law

Disputes between you and ArmoryFlow or Circle Square Inc. are governed by Pennsylvania law and the dispute-resolution terms in the ArmoryFlow Terms of Service to the extent applicable. Disputes between you and the Dealer are governed by the Dealer's terms and applicable law.

11. Contact

Order issues should be directed to the Dealer on this storefront.
