Compliance Records Addendum

1. Purpose and Acceptance

This CRA applies when you use ArmoryFlow point-of-sale or related features that capture, prompt for, store, mirror, or gate transactions based on Form 4473 confirmation, NICS or state point-of-contact results, waiting periods, permits, acquisition-and-disposition information, or similar compliance data ("Compliance Features").

By enabling or using Compliance Features, you agree to this CRA in addition to the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Role allocation

2.1 You are the licensee

You are the Federal Firearms Licensee, and holder of any required state licenses, responsible for all legally required forms, background checks, transfers, and records.

2.2 ArmoryFlow is a technology processor and workflow aid

Compliance Features help you record and organize information and may block POS finalization until certain fields are present. They are not:

• A substitute for ATF e4473 or any government-mandated system unless counsel and product expressly certify otherwise.
• Legal advice.
• A guarantee of ATF or state compliance.
• ArmoryFlow acting as the transferring dealer.

2.3 Not legal system of record by default

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, ArmoryFlow is not your legal system of record for Form 4473 or A&D or bound-book obligations. You must maintain whatever official records the law requires, including paper or approved electronic systems, retention, and audit readiness.

3. Your responsibilities

You alone are responsible for:

• Enrolling in NICS or the correct state point of contact.
• Correctly completing Forms 4473 or successor forms and state forms.
• Accurately entering NICS or state check results and related dates into ArmoryFlow fields.
• Obeying proceed, delayed, denied, and waiting-period outcomes.
• Refusing transfers when required.
• Maintaining A&D or bound-book records as required.
• Retention periods and responses to ATF or other lawful inspections.
• Exporting and preserving records if you leave ArmoryFlow.
• Training staff on lawful use of Compliance Features.

4. Data entry and gating

POS may prevent finalizing a firearm sale unless compliance fields are completed. Gating is a convenience and risk-reduction feature, not a determination that the transfer is lawful.

If you bypass, misuse, or incorrectly complete Compliance Features, you remain solely responsible for the consequences.

ArmoryFlow may log audit trails of compliance-related events for security and product integrity. Audit logs do not shift legal responsibility to ArmoryFlow.

5. Retention, export, and legal process

We may retain Compliance Feature data for the period needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

You should export records regularly. Upon termination, export windows in the Terms apply unless law requires longer retention by us.

If we receive a subpoena, court order, or lawful government request, we may respond as required by law. We may notify you unless legally prohibited. You agree to cooperate and to designate ArmoryFlow contacts for urgent compliance requests.

6. Accuracy disclaimer

You are responsible for the accuracy of all compliance data you enter. ArmoryFlow does not independently verify NICS results with the FBI or state point of contact as your dealer of record.

7. Limitation of liability

WITHOUT LIMITING THE TERMS, ARMORYFLOW SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ATF OR STATE ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS, FINES, LICENSE ACTIONS, FAILED OR IMPROPER TRANSFERS, INCORRECT DATA ENTRY, FAILURE TO MAINTAIN LEGALLY REQUIRED RECORDS OUTSIDE THE SERVICE, OR RELIANCE ON COMPLIANCE FEATURES AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.

8. Indemnification

You will indemnify Circle Square Inc. and ArmoryFlow from claims, investigations, penalties, and expenses arising from your transfers, Forms 4473, NICS or state checks, A&D records, waiting periods, or use or misuse of Compliance Features.

9. General

This CRA controls over the Terms on Compliance Features to the extent of conflict.

Governing law and dispute resolution follow the Terms.
