Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is incorporated into the Terms of Service and describes prohibited uses of ArmoryFlow.
Violation may result in suspension or termination. We may update this AUP as described in the Terms.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of ArmoryFlow. It exists to protect ArmoryFlow, our customers, and the public from illegal, abusive, or unsafe activity.
2. General prohibitions
You may not use ArmoryFlow to:
2.1 Illegal activities
- Violate law.
- Engage in fraud or deception.
- Conduct or promote unlawful firearms transactions.
- Circumvent background-check or transfer requirements.
- Sell or advertise prohibited items.
- Facilitate straw purchases or trafficking.
2.2 Harmful content
- Upload malware.
- Spam, phish, or send abusive unsolicited messages.
- Promote terrorism or unlawful violence.
- Post defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
2.3 System abuse
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Disrupt the Service or surrounding systems.
- Use unauthorized bots, scrapers, or harvesting tools.
- Launch denial-of-service activity.
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Circumvent security controls.
2.4 Account misuse
- Share credentials with unauthorized persons.
- Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Provide false registration information.
3. Firearms-specific rules
3.1 Prohibited listings
You may not list or advertise:
- Illegal weapons without proper licensing.
- Stolen firearms or firearms with altered or removed serial numbers.
- Unlawful destructive devices.
- Items illegal under applicable state or local law.
- Sales to prohibited persons.
- Accessories illegal in the relevant jurisdiction.
3.2 Compliance requirements
You must:
- Hold required FFL and state, local, or SOT licenses.
- Conduct required background checks and complete required transfer forms.
- Maintain required ATF or state records.
- Comply with federal, state, and local advertising, display, sale, shipping, and transfer laws everywhere you operate or advertise.
- Verify buyer eligibility before transfer.
- Report suspicious activity to authorities as required.
- Not treat ArmoryFlow filters, helpers, or workflows as legal clearance to advertise or sell any item.
3.3 Listing standards
Listings must be accurate, disclose material legal restrictions, include required disclaimers or warnings, and avoid false claims about legality or features.
4. Content standards
Content must be accurate and not misleading, respect intellectual property, and remain professional. No hate speech, graphic unlawful content, or sexual content is allowed.
5. Data and API restrictions
You may not scrape or harvest data without permission, build competing products from our API in violation of the Terms, ignore rate limits, or fail to secure credentials.
6. Marketplace-specific abuse
If you use marketplace features, you also may not:
- Manipulate offers or waiting-period tools to evade law.
- Misrepresent FFL status.
- Harass other users.
- Use marketplace messaging to arrange unlawful transfers outside FFL processes.

8. Enforcement
We may investigate, review activity, request information, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, pursue legal remedies, and report illegal firearms activity to authorities.
AUP terminations generally forfeit prepaid fees. See the Refund Policy.
9. Platform role disclaimer
ArmoryFlow is a technology platform provider. We do not act as the transferring FFL for your sales, conduct background checks as your dealer, guarantee listing legality, or take responsibility for your compliance. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable law. Product tools are conveniences only.
