Everything you need to know about billing and subscriptions
Getting Started
How do subscriptions work?
ArmoryFlow offers monthly and annual subscription plans. When you subscribe, you gain access to premium features based on your chosen plan. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. During the trial, you have full access to all features of your selected plan. You won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No credit card is required to start your free trial. You'll only need to add payment information if you decide to continue after the trial ends.
Billing Cycles
When will I be charged?
You will be charged:
- Immediately when you subscribe (after free trial ends)
- On the same day each month for monthly subscriptions
- On the same date each year for annual subscriptions
For example, if you subscribe on January 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th of each month.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly Billing:
- Charged monthly
- Cancel anytime, no long-term commitment
- Full monthly price
Annual Billing:
- Charged once per year
- Save 17% compared to monthly pricing
- One payment covers the entire year
- Pro-rated refunds available within 90 days
How do I switch from monthly to annual billing?
To switch to annual billing:
- Log into your account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Switch to Annual Billing"
- You'll be charged the annual rate immediately
- Your monthly subscription will be canceled
Managing Your Subscription
How do I upgrade my plan?
To upgrade to a higher-tier plan:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the upgrade
You'll be charged the pro-rated difference immediately, and your new features will be available right away.
How do I downgrade my plan?
To downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select the lower-tier plan
- Confirm the change
The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep access to your current plan's features until then.
How do I update my payment method?
To update your credit card information:
- Log into your account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Update Payment Method"
- Enter your new card details
- Click "Save"
Your new payment method will be used for all future charges.
Can I pause my subscription?
We do not currently offer the ability to pause subscriptions. However, you can:
- Cancel your subscription (access continues until end of billing period)
- Resubscribe at any time to reactivate your account
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
Cancellation
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
- Log into your account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
Alternatively, email support@armoryflow.com and we'll cancel for you.
When does my cancellation take effect?
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. This means:
- You keep access to premium features until your subscription expires
- You won't be charged again after the current period ends
- Your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel:
- Within 7 days: Full refund available (first-time subscribers only)
- Monthly plans: No refund after 7-day period
- Annual plans: Pro-rated refund available within 90 days

What happens to my data after I cancel?
After cancellation:
- Your account remains active until the end of your billing period
- After expiration, you lose access to premium features but data is retained
- You have 30 days to export your data or reactivate
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
Payment Issues
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails:
- We'll send you an email notification
- We'll automatically retry charging your card several times over the next few days
- Your account will remain active during this grace period
- If payment continues to fail after multiple attempts, your account will be suspended
To avoid suspension, update your payment method as soon as possible.
Why was my card declined?
Common reasons for declined payments:
- Insufficient funds
- Card has expired
- Billing address doesn't match
- Card issuer declined the transaction
- Daily spending limit exceeded
Contact your bank or try a different payment method if issues persist.
How do I reactivate a suspended account?
To reactivate a suspended account due to failed payment:
- Log into your account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Update your payment method
- Pay any outstanding balance
- Your account will be reactivated immediately
Invoices and Receipts
Where can I find my invoices?
To access your invoices:
- Log into your account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "View Invoices"
- Download or print any invoice
You'll also receive invoices via email after each payment.
Can I update my billing information on invoices?
Yes! To update information that appears on invoices:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Edit Billing Information"
- Update your business name, address, or tax ID
- Click "Save"
Changes will apply to future invoices. We cannot modify past invoices.
Pricing and Plans
What plans do you offer?
Free Plan:
- Up to 10 listings
- 2 photos per listing
- Basic inventory management
Basic Plan - $29/month:
- Up to 100 listings
- 4 photos per listing
- AI-powered descriptions
- Barcode scanning
Pro Plan - $79/month (Most Popular):
- Up to 1,000 listings
- 8 photos per listing
- All Basic features
- Price insights and analytics
- API access
Enterprise Plan - Custom Pricing:
- Unlimited listings
- 12 photos per listing
- All Pro features
- Priority support
- Custom integrations
Can prices change?
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If prices increase:
- You'll receive an email notification
- The new price applies to your next billing cycle
- You can cancel before the price change takes effect
- Annual subscribers are locked in for their current term
Do you offer discounts?
We offer:
- Annual discount: Save 17% by paying annually
- Non-profit discount: Contact us for special pricing
- Promotional offers: Watch for seasonal discounts

Security and Privacy
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We use Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, to handle all transactions. We never store your credit card information on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and transmitted securely.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax may be applied based on your location and local regulations. If applicable, tax will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.
