These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website operated by BOAZ ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All products offered on this website are sold by our federally licensed firearms dealer. We are the merchant of record for every transaction. ArmoryFlow provides the technology platform only and is not a party to your purchase.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. You must be at least 18 to purchase rifles, shotguns, and ammunition, and at least 21 to purchase handguns and ammunition marked for handgun use, unless a higher age is required by your state or local law. By placing an order, you represent that you meet all applicable age and legal eligibility requirements.
Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for transfer. You are responsible for selecting a valid receiving FFL. We will not release a firearm until all required background checks, ATF Form 4473 completion, and state waiting periods are satisfied at the receiving dealer.
Our distributors work to keep descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors may occur that are beyond our control during integration. Boaz assumes no responsibilities for errors in quantities or descriptions. We reserve the right to correct listing errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, for an unavailable item or any time that is not permitted by law. Prices are subject to change without prior notification. Items that are not shipping out of our inventory are not eligible for same day shipping. Please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment. If there is a delay, you will be notified as soon as possible.
You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, to circumvent export or transfer laws, or to make a straw purchase on behalf of another person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
