928laserworks sells firearms, ammunition, and related products. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
Some products and transactions may require additional verification and a higher minimum age (21 for handguns under federal law).
This policy explains cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases from Replace with your business name.
You may request cancellation before the order ships or before a firearm is transferred to your selected FFL. Once a shipment is in transit or a transfer has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Because of federal transfer requirements, firearms returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Defective firearms may be exchanged or repaired per manufacturer warranty. Contact us before returning any firearm.
Unused, resaleable accessories and gear in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery unless marked final sale. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item.
Special-order, regulated, or opened items may be subject to a restocking fee. We will disclose any fee before processing your return.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Exchanges are treated as a return plus a new purchase when inventory allows.
